The quality is really great; I’m truly pleasantly surprised. It’s always a gamble to ‘trust’ things like this (especially at the price), but this was well worth it. The communication was great and I got it before the “latest” date estimate provided. Over all, 10/10.

Loved the idea of creating my own pokemon card with my s.o and did this one. I accidentally sent too close selfies and the customer service team was very respectful in telling me to send different pictures. It’s nice how I could approve the artwork beforehand and as soon as I approved it, it was shipped within the next 3-4 days. The card is made out of metal and I also love how you can choose the background design. Overall great concept and would definitely order again!

BUYERS BEWARE!! The whole process has been a nightmare…
I created this card in hopes to impress my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day but the quality of the print looks awful compared to the digital copy and can easily be scratched off.
The second problem was that after formatting the card, they gave me a preview of a pink background with hearts, but instead sent a plain gold sheet that doesn’t even resemble a poke card. Not to mention all the scratches on the card.
Communication was terrible and they were barely able to get it to be before Valentine’s Day.
For the amount I paid I expected a much more desirable product. Don’t waste your time!

They sent me the original image instead of the image that I approved. I told them to take off the anniversary and I approved an image without the anniversary but they still sent me a card with the anniversary on it

The Shop was very difficult to work with. Would not recommend. I asked them multiple questions about my order, all of which were ignored. They just wanted more money out of me.

never received the digital photo i paid for and kept receiving requests to review my order at least 4x before i got the physical package in the mail which was only made disappointing because i never ended up receiving the photo in the end.
i will note i never reached out. it seemed too small of a thing at the time and only wrote this review because of another reminder i received
art was great and they were very happy with it as it was a gift! i may still order another product from this site but i wouldn’t bother with any digital add ons in the future

This product is so basic and actually terribly done. The artwork and stock photos they use lead you to believe the product you receive will be comparable.
My image is extremely blurry. I picked a couples card but it's plain gold with no "lover" type aesthetic. Honestly I wouldn't ever purchase again. To be clear- the artwork I approved was clear clean and concise even though they butchered my image he still looked good I approved it. When the product came the image is extremely small and blurry. Waste of money

This was a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! Make sure you tell the artist EXACTLY how you want it; don't be afraid to ask for revisions. The printing quality could have been better, but overall I loved how it turned out and it's super cute!

No red tape marketing here; what you see is what you get. I’m not thrilled about the pricing but I understand the reasons it’s costly. At first, I was a bit skeptical since there's a good amount of reviews that made it seem like a scam, but I got my order in about 2 weeks from ordering. I think people forget that it's all commission. Someone is taking time to curate your wish from scratch. I got the metal card with the acrylic frame thing. Quality is awesome and you can save the drawing to make it into a wall paper. My Pokemon fanatic fiance loved it, and so did I. The artists did a great job conveying us and our pets. Would recommend to over and over again.

The company got the wrong date on the item, after I messaged requesting it be changed before it was made, and being assured it would be. I have sent them multiple messages regarding a chance to fix it or refund, no response. I’ve never being treated worse by a company in my entire life. Not to mention, they never sent me the picture review until I sent multiple emails after waiting a month and a half. In which it was cropped without the date. They have now offered me a generous 20% refund, after I spent $100 and got the wrong item. I do not recommend this company to anyone, coming from the person that never leaves a bad review. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
