Yes! We send you a preview 2-3 days after you place your order and we offer multiple FREE revisions - we'll work with you until you're 100% happy with the result.

What if I don't like my portrait?

If you're not happy with your art, we'll revise this free of charge until you are 100% satisfied. We only print it when you love it!

Is my photo good enough to use?

Most likely, yes! As all of our art is hand-drawn from scratch, this means the quality of the reference photo is not as important. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

Do you ship worldwide?

How long does it take?
